Email all of your articles and photos at one time to info@academypublishing.com on or before your contract copy date.
Two or three days later, a proof will be emailed to you in PDF format. If you cannot view PDFs, please click on Adobe Acrobat Reader for a free download.
Call your designer to discuss the corrections. or
Email a list of your corrections to your designer. (Example: Page 2, "PTSA News", Paragraph 3, line 6 - change "and" to "an")
Review the second proof.* Be sure all the corrections have been made to your specifications and check for any additional changes that may have been overlooked the first time.

When you have approved your issue, the newsletter will be printed and shipped according to your contract.
